Who we are
This website is operated by ACME SA, Boulevard Georges Favon 43, 1204 Genève, Switzerland (brand: Qudeno). Contact: info@qudeno.com.
What data we process
The site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and its fonts are served from our own server. When you open a page, our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), records technical data in server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. If you write to us by email, we process your address and your message in order to reply.
Why we process it
To run and secure the website and to answer your requests: our legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps taken before entering into a contract.
Retention and sharing
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited time. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal retention duties. We do not sell your data and share it only with service providers working on our behalf, such as the hosting and email providers.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and object to its processing. Write to info@qudeno.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to your local data protection authority.
Apps and network
This notice covers the website only. The Qudeno apps and the Paddock network have their own privacy information inside the apps.
